We know plans change, but In order to stay on schedule, we have a strict cancellation policy, which protects both your time and ours.
Individual Cancellations/No Shows: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not cancel within that time frame, you will be charged 50 percent of your scheduled service cost. If you do not cancel and do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your service.
Group Cancellations/No Shows: For parties of three or more, please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Groups of three or more that do not show up without cancelling in advance will be charged the full price of all services originally scheduled.

We pride ourselves on providing you with the highest cleanliness standards, because the last thing you want to worry about when you get your nails done is getting an infection. Laque House eliminates any risk of bacteria spreading and causing an infection by:
Sterilizing all metal tools in a hospital-grade sterilization machine, called an autoclave. A newly sterilized pouch with tools is opened for each client.
Using disposable plastic liners in our pedicure tubs that we change after every single pedicure. It is very hard to properly sanitize the whirlpool spa chair tubs that most nail salons use.
Opening a new clean pouch for each and every service. The pouches include files, buffers, toe separators, and other supplies your manicurist needs for your mani or pedi.
Wearing rubber gloves for all pedicure services to avoid the spread of bacteria.

To honor our spa-like atmosphere and respect other guests, we request that our clients be mindful of their actions within the salon.
Children are permitted in the salon when the child is receiving a service.
For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no children under the age of 10 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We feel as a business, children who visit the salon during their parents' appointments or children who are unattended in the waiting area pose a safety issue. We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
During their appointment, children need to be able to sit still so that the nail artist can perform a quality service.
DO YOU OFFER NON TOXIC PRODUCTS?
We offer Madam Glam, Zoya, and Shellac nail polishes which are all some of the most popular non-toxic brands on the market.
Natural ingredients are powerful and unique, just like you! Please be sure to always know what ingredients you may be allergic to before using our products. Always do a small patch skin test to see if you may have any reactions to our ingredients.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR DIP POWDER/ ACRYLIC/ HARD GEL REMOVAL?
Removing nail enhancements can be very time consuming, therefore we charge an extra $10. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need removal so we can plan ahead.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time with no refund. This includes but is not limited to the usage of drugs, alcohol, sexual comments/remarks or any unacceptable behavior that we feel is inappropriate. As licensed professionals, we follow a strict code of ethics. It is very important that a safe environment is maintained for ourselves and each of our clients.
NEED A NAIL FIXED?
We offer a 7-day guarantee on our gel services! If for some reason, your gel mani chips within 7 days, we are happy to provide a complimentary gel fix to the affected nails. The gel color must be the same as your received during your original service.
Gel Polish – often referred to as *Shellac* - is a light-cured polish product that may last a duration of 2-4 weeks depending on several factors specific to the client including: client lifestyle, client health and following of maintenance instructions. However, there may also be additional complications in the application process, chemistry of the product and other factors that may cause product breakdown (peeling, lifting, fading, wrinkling, etc).
If we feel that your product breakdown was not caused by error in application and exceeds normal wear and tear you will be charged for the nail repair service.
